When reaching out, include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your name
  • Company ID
  • As many of the following fields as you can supply:
    • API product name (for example, Request to Pay via QR Code)
    • API URL: Include one of the following options:
      • Date the API call was made
      • Time the API call was made (include the time zone)
  • Client identifier: Include the domain name if you’re using SSL certificates.
  • Description of the errors you are experiencing and error code(s), or log/error information.
