  • Your name 
  • Company ID 
  • API product name (e.g., Online Payments) 
  • API URL 
  • Date the API call was made 
  • Time the API call was made (include the time zone) 
  • Client identifier — Include the domain name if you’re using SSL certificates. 
  • Description of the errors you are experiencing and error code(s), or log/error information.
