Digital device ID
Digital Device ID provides issuers with device-level intelligence during authorization. It helps improve approval rates, reduce false declines, and strengthen fraud assessment. Checkout generates and passes the Device ID on behalf of merchants, so merchants do not need additional integration work. This capability supports network initiatives such as Visa Digital Commerce Authentication Program (DCAP).
