Transitioning Virtual Terminal only

If you are transitioning Virtual Terminal only, you will receive a new Commerce Center Virtual Terminal URL and credentials and will use a new Virtual Terminal interface. Reporting—and, depending on your Commerce configuration, disputes management—will also be handled in Commerce Center.

There are two transition types for Virtual Terminal:

  • Transitioning with Orbital reporting
  • Transitioning with both Orbital reporting and Paymentech Online reporting

Manage your consumer information and transactions from the enhanced Virtual Terminal interface, and get access to Commerce Center, our innovative client portal where you can manage your account and consumer sales end-to-end.

All-in-one reporting

Your Orbital and Paymentech Online reporting will move to Commerce Center, where you can:

  • Access all your reports and global payments data in one place
  • Customize reports to analyze transaction data and fit your business’ specific needs 
  • Manage your business more effectively

Transitioning with Orbital reporting

If you are transitioning Virtual Terminal with Orbital reporting, you will gain access to our innovative and more intuitive client portal and customized reporting. 

What to expect:

  • You will receive a registration email with a new URL link for Virtual Terminal.
  • Your Orbital reporting will move to our Commerce Center portal. 
  • You will be asked to designate a security administrator so you can manage your own users and entitlements.

If you are transitioning Virtual Terminal with Orbital and Paymentech Online reporting, you will be able to consolidate your reporting in one intuitive portal, so you can manage and access all your payment information in one place. 

What to expect:

  • You will receive a registration email with a new URL link for Virtual Terminal.
  • Your Orbital and Paymentech Online reporting and disputes will move to our Commerce Center portal. 
  • You will be asked to designate a security administrator so you can manage your own users and entitlements.
